Calasco Interactive respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, and processed when you use Gridline Empire, including through third-party services included in the app.
Game Progress and Settings
Gridline Empire may store gameplay progress, settings, purchases or entitlement state, and other game-related information locally on your device. Deleting the app may remove locally stored progress unless that information is preserved by an applicable Apple or device backup feature.
Advertising and Google Mobile Ads
Gridline Empire may display advertising using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Google and advertising partners may automatically process information in connection with providing, measuring, protecting, and improving advertising services.
Depending on device settings, region, SDK configuration, and the type of ad served, this information may include:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general or coarse location;
- device identifiers, including advertising or app/developer-bounded identifiers where permitted;
- advertising data, such as advertisements viewed or interacted with;
- product interaction and usage information, such as app launches, taps, and video views;
- crash logs and diagnostic information; and
- performance information, such as app launch time, hang rate, or energy usage.
This information may be used for purposes such as third-party advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, measurement, and improving advertising and app performance. Google’s handling of information is governed by its own policies.

Advertising Choices and Consent
Advertising choices may vary by region and device settings. Where required, consent or privacy choices may be presented before certain advertising features are used. Device-level privacy settings may also limit the information available to advertising providers.
In-App Purchases
In-app purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. Calasco Interactive does not receive your full payment card information. Apple may process purchase, transaction, account, and device information under Apple’s own privacy practices.
Support Communications
If you contact Calasco Interactive for support, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, screen recordings, or a description of the issue. We use this information to respond to your request, troubleshoot problems, protect the app, and improve support.
Third-Party Services
Gridline Empire may rely on services provided by third parties, including Apple services for distribution and in-app purchases and Google services for advertising. Those companies may process information under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
Sale of Personal Information
Calasco Interactive does not sell personal information that you provide directly to us through support communications. Third-party advertising providers may process or share advertising-related information as described in their own policies and according to applicable privacy choices and law.
Data Retention
Information provided directly to Calasco Interactive for support may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain support records, protect the app, or comply with legal obligations. Third-party providers determine their own retention periods under their respective policies.
Children’s Privacy
Gridline Empire is intended for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Calasco Interactive through a support request, contact us so we can review and address the request.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Gridline Empire, its third-party services, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
