In-app purchase not showing: Open the in-game Store and use Restore Purchases for permanent purchases.
Progress issue: Do not delete the app before contacting support, because game progress may be stored locally on your device.
Gameplay bug: A screenshot or short screen recording is very helpful.
Billing/refund questions: Purchases are processed by Apple. Apple manages payment details and refund requests.
